1. Our Service

DeckGrowth provides exclusive, pre-qualified deck estimate appointments to residential deck builders. You cover your ad spend. We generate leads, follow up instantly, qualify each homeowner, send reminders, and book estimates onto your calendar. You pay $147 per shown appointment — an appointment is considered "shown" when a homeowner is present for the scheduled estimate.

2. The 8-Appointment Guarantee

We commit to delivering 8 shown deck estimates in your first 30 days. If we do not meet this threshold, you will not pay another cent for our service until we do. This guarantee applies only to the per-shown-appointment fee; your ad spend remains your responsibility.

3. Qualification & Disqualification

Not every applicant is a fit for our service. Our survey assesses your business role and revenue to determine eligibility. If we determine your business is not at a stage where we can help, we will let you know and you will not proceed to booking. We reserve the right to decline or end a partnership at our discretion.

4. Your Responsibilities

As a partner, you agree to:

• Show up to scheduled strategy calls on time.
• Attend and conduct booked estimates in a professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about your business and market.
• Pay for ad spend and the per-shown-appointment fees as agreed.

5. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from DeckGrowth, including appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and occasional promotional offers. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for assistance.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Fees & Payment

Per-shown-appointment fees of $147 are invoiced based on appointments shown during each billing period. Ad spend is managed by DeckGrowth on your behalf and is your responsibility; you are billed for actual ad costs.

7. No Guarantee of Closed Sales

We guarantee shown appointments, not closed deals. Your close rate and final revenue depend on your sales process, pricing, and the quality of your estimates. We are not liable for sales that do not close.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on deckwisegrowth.com, including text, graphics, and branding, is the property of DeckGrowth and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeckGrowth is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the preceding 30 days.

10. Termination

Either party may end the partnership with reasonable notice. Outstanding fees for shown appointments and ad spend remain due upon termination.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
